I’m an attorney. But first, I was a survivor. And I built my practice because I know what it means to navigate the aftermath of violent crime — not just professionally, but personally.

Survivors have rights: legal rights to be heard, to be protected, to seek accountability. And when those rights are ignored, minimized, or outright violated, you deserve someone who knows how to fight for them.

Your Rights as a Crime Victim

Oklahoma law and federal law guarantees crime victims meaningful rights throughout the criminal justice process — to be heard, informed, present, and protected. But having rights on paper and having someone fight to enforce them are two very different things. I represent crime victims in asserting their constitutional and statutory rights, whether that means ensuring your voice is heard in a criminal proceeding, challenging decisions that sideline you, or holding institutions accountable when they fail to protect you.

You May Have More Options Than You Know

Most people don't realize the criminal justice system isn't the only path; and it isn't always the right one. Even if your abuser was never charged. Even if a case was dismissed. Even if you never reported at all. Civil litigation is a separate process, entirely within your control, allowing survivors to pursue accountability, and potentially compensation, on their own terms. You don't need a criminal conviction, and you don't need to have reported. You just need someone who knows how to fight for you.

Who I Represent

Survivors of sexual assault and abuse, domestic violence, other violent crimes, institutional failures that allowed abuse to occur, and civil rights violations arising from trauma and harm.

Civil Litigation

Rather than specializing narrowly, I've built a career handling a wide range of civil litigation simultaneously, which means I can step into a case and contribute meaningfully from day one.

I serve as outside counsel to municipalities across Oklahoma, advising on: Governance and public policy compliance Governmental liability and civil rights compliance Public contracts and competitive bidding matters Employment law Currently serving as City Attorney for the City of Beggs, Oklahoma, and formerly with the City of Broken Arrow, I bring practical, day-to-day experience in municipal legal work, not just occasional outside counsel involvement.
